Before you buy
- Which email should I use?
- The same one you sign in to Draftly with. If you started checkout from inside the app, your account is already attached and the email only matters for the receipt. If you came from the website, the email is how we find your account.
- How fast does Pro unlock?
- Usually a few seconds. Stripe notifies Draftly the moment payment clears, and the app is already polling for it. If the app is open, just switch back to it.
- Do I need a separate purchase per device?
- No. Pro is attached to your Draftly account, not to a machine. Sign in wherever Draftly runs and it follows you. Today that means any desktop or mobile browser; native desktop and app-store builds are in development and will use the same account and the same entitlement.
- Does Pro keep working offline?
- Drafting does — the web app keeps working after first load and your files stay local. Pro itself is re-checked with Draftly each time the app starts, and when your device cannot reach us a signed licence keeps Pro working offline for a bounded window — up to 14 days on a subscription, up to 90 days on a lifetime seat. After that Draftly falls back to the free tier until the next successful check. Nothing you have drawn is affected. Cloud sync always needs connectivity.
- I bought on the App Store or Google Play — do I need to buy again?
- Draftly is not published on the App Store or Google Play yet, so there is nothing to have bought there. When those builds ship, a store purchase will grant the same account entitlement and you will not need to buy twice. If you believe you already paid for Pro somewhere and it is missing, do not buy again — email [email protected].
- Can I try Pro before I buy?
- Yes. Sign in and press Start free trial in Draftly for a 14-day Pro trial — the full feature set, no card required. The trial starts when you ask for it, not when you create the account, and the app shows you the day it ends. One trial per account. Paid plans bill at checkout. Questions? Email [email protected].
- What exactly does "lifetime" mean?
- A Founding Drafter seat is a one-time payment for Pro features for as long as Draftly ships an application compatible with it — not a promise that any particular cloud service runs forever. Cloud sync and other hosted services need connectivity and remain subject to the Terms. Support is email from the builder. Seats are tied to your Draftly account and are not transferable or resellable. The offer is withdrawn when the app reaches general availability.
